    Events outside our standard service area may require a custom delivery quote.

  • Yes! Clients are welcome to pick up and return rentals at no additional cost.

    Pickup details and timing are coordinated during the booking process.

  • Rentals are event-based and intended for same-day use.

    Delivery, pickup, or return timing is confirmed during booking so everything aligns smoothly with your event.

  • Our play and game rentals are great for a wide range of gatherings, including:

    • Kids’ birthday parties

    • Family celebrations

    • Playdates & neighborhood events

    • School, church, and community gatherings

  • Backyard provides drop-off and pickup only. Clients are responsible for placement, assembly, and operation of rentals during their event.

    Some rentals require simple setup by the client, such as:
    • Inflating game pieces or bunkers
    • Pouring solution into bubble machines
    • Adding ice to snow cone machines
    • Assembling large games like Giant Connect Four

    Clear instructions are provided where needed to make setup straightforward.

  • Booking with Backyard is simple:

    1. Submit an inquiry using our availability form

    2. We confirm availability and review your rental selections

    3. You receive a proposal & invoice by email

    4. Secure your booking by completing payment

    5. We coordinate delivery or pickup timing prior to your event

    Once booked, all details are confirmed in advance so your event day feels easy and stress-free.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for weekends and seasonal favorites.

  • Yes. Many of our rentals can be used in both indoor and outdoor settings, as long as there is adequate space and a safe surface for play.

  • If weather impacts your event, we’ll work with you on a solution.

    Details regarding rescheduling and weather-related changes are outlined in our booking policy.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

    Payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
    This policy helps us reserve inventory and scheduling exclusively for your event date.
